Name: Product name

ID: ID for the system. Not visible externally.

Type of product: Can be chosen between (Payment, Subscription, Donation, Recurring donation).

Payment is a one-time payment for a specified amount.
Subscription is a recurring payment for a specified amount.
Donation is a one-time donation where the donor can choose between taking a default amount or specifying their own amount.
Recurring donation is a recurring donation where the donor can choose between taking a default amount or specifying their own amount.

Interval: Can be Daily, Monthly, Biannually, or Annually.

Number of charges: the "Forever" option is best for most cases. But if you want a charge for a specific amount (for example, 29kr the first month) to later charge for another amount (say 99kr the second month), you can create that here.

VAT: Specified in percentage units, so 25 becomes 25% VAT.

Mailing address: You can, if you wish, ask your customer/donor for the mailing address.

Create the product "Become a Monthly Donor"

These are common settings for the product "Become a Monthly Donor".

Create the product "Give a One-Time Gift"

These are common settings for the product "Give a One-Time Gift".

Create Membership

These are common settings for the product "Become a Member". Here, you usually choose "Subscription" as the "Type of Product" because then a fixed amount is deducted at each chosen interval, here annually.

Create Campaign

Creating products for each campaign you undertake is an excellent way to keep track of the revenue generated by each campaign. It allows you to segment your customers/donors and communicate differently with different segments of your customer/donor base.

Create 'Give Corporate Gifts'

These are common settings for the product "Become a Corporate Sponsor".

Corporate Sponsorship at Different Levels

One can also create different levels of corporate sponsorship.
